Massage Appointment Policy: To provide the best service for all of my clients, I have a strict cancellation and no-show policy: No Call/No Show: • 1st Occurrence: A 75% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. • 2nd Occurrence: A 100% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. •Future appointments will require pre-payment. Late Cancellations (Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice): • A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 75% fee. I understand that emergencies happen, and appreciate your understanding of this policy to ensure I can continue to provide high-quality care for all clients.
