Massage Appointment Policy: To provide the best service for all of my clients, I have a strict cancellation and no-show policy: No Call/No Show: • 1st Occurrence: A 80% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. • 2nd Occurrence: A 100% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. •Future appointments will require pre-payment. Late Cancellations: • A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 80% fee. To guarantee your appointment, please pay the deposit required.
